How it works

One code on the pack. The right instructions on every phone.

Your team writes the instructions once in the CookGuide portal. Customers scan the code and get exactly the guide for how they're cooking, in a form they can read.

For your customers

From scan to plate

This phone is running a real CookGuide. Watch it, or tap it and try it yourself.

  1. Scan the code

Any phone camera opens the guide. No app, no account, nothing to install.

  2. Only what matters

Frozen or chilled first, then oven or air fryer. A question is only asked when there's a real choice.

  3. The setting first

Temperature and time lead, so the oven heats while the pack is opened. °C or °F in a tap.

  4. One step at a time

Large step-by-step cards, or the whole guide on one page. Nothing about other appliances.

  5. Easier to read

Larger text and high contrast, remembered on their phone for every CookGuide after.

  6. In their language

Every language you provide, with the page itself in that language too.

For your team

The CookGuide portal

Everything from the first draft to the analytics, in one place. These are the real screens.

A guide editor anyone can use

Steps in plain sentences, with headings, warnings and pictures. Undo when you need it.

Values, not typed numbers

Temperatures, times and microwave power are inserted as values: formatted the same everywhere, and impossible to mistranslate.

Translation you can trust

Translate in CookGuide, send a package to a translator or your own AI tool, and review what comes back. Identical wording shares one translation.

Preview and sign-off

See every screen as a customer will, check accessibility, and share a preview link before anything is live.

Print-ready codes

PDF, EPS and SVG for print at any size, or PNG at 300 dpi, with the minimum print size worked out for you.

Analytics

Visits, methods, starting states, languages, regions and feedback, product by product.

What stays on the pack

CookGuide is for cooking and preparation instructions. Ingredients, allergens, nutrition and anything else the law requires on the label stay on the packaging. You remain responsible for your instructions and any translations you publish; CookGuide presents them clearly and checks them for problems before they go live.

Try CookGuide with one of your products

Add a product and the instructions you already provide, and see it on your phone in minutes. No integration or technical setup.
